What is Pogo Pulse?

Life has its ups and downs, but it is all about picking yourself up and trying again. This is where Pogo Pulse comes in.

Pogo Pulse is a fun, innovative and structured fitness program that teaches children and young adults how to successfully ride a pogo stick.

Pogo Pulse runs workshops for teachers to successfully teach students how to ride pogo sticks progressively and safely. Pogo Pulse also supports and encourages “Bounce Back Day” pogo-thon events where students bounce and pogo together to build endurance, confidence and team spirit.

Mission

Pogo Pulse empowers individuals to bounce back—physically, mentally, and emotionally—through movement, mindfulness, and motivation. We use the simple act of pogo stick riding to teach balance, breathing, and belief in oneself.

The Pogo Pulse mission is to inspire resilience, build confidence, and create moments of joy and focus in every jump. By blending fun fitness with emotional awareness, Pogo Pulse helps people find their rhythm, calm their minds, and rise above life’s challenges—one bounce at a time.
